What is Oxy Global Projects Travel Clearance?
Students who participate in research projects, community placements or project work abroad must complete the Mandatory Online Clearance Process one month prior to departure.
Only programs that meet the criteria in the Travel Policy may utilize College funding of any kind.

1. Click the "Start Oxy Application" button. *** NOTE: You will be asked to log in. Use your MyOxy username and password.
2. Input your dates.
3. Select the location where you will be traveling to (or find the nearest city/town you can find if it's not in the option).
4. Complete all the questionnaires.
